1. Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is Tessera Solutions. For privacy enquiries, requests, or to exercise your rights under the GDPR, please use our contact form.

2. Visitor analytics (Plausible, self-hosted)

We use Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on our own server in the European Union (stats.tessera-solutions.eu), to understand which pages are read and which are not.

What is collected for each page view:

• Page URL and the URL of the page that referred you
• Browser and operating system (derived from the User-Agent header)
• Device type (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Country, region, and city, derived from the IP address — the IP address itself is not stored

No cookies are used. No persistent identifier is stored on your device or in our database. Visitor counts are derived from a daily-rotating, hashed session identifier that cannot be reversed and is discarded after 24 hours. Because no personal data is stored on your device, no consent banner is required under the ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3)).

Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate traffic to improve the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The processing is privacy-preserving by design and the impact on your rights is minimal.

3. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the following information is processed:

• Data you provide: name, email address, organisation (optional), and message.
• Anti-abuse verification: the form embeds Cloudflare Turnstile, a cookieless, privacy-preserving CAPTCHA. Turnstile evaluates browser signals to confirm you are human and does not set cookies or build a cross-site profile. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Email delivery: validated submissions are forwarded to our inbox via Resend, an EU-region transactional email provider. Resend processes the message contents solely to deliver the email and acts as a processor on our behalf.

Lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

Retention: contact-form messages are retained in our mailbox for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then archived or deleted in line with our internal retention schedule.

4. Server logs

Our web server keeps short-lived access logs containing the request path, status code, timestamp, User-Agent, and IP address. These logs are used only for security and operational diagnostics, are rotated automatically, and are not combined with any other data.

5. Resources loaded from third parties

For performance, the site loads the Bootstrap CSS framework and Bootstrap Icons font from the jsDelivr CDN. The CDN provider may log the request IP for the purpose of delivering the asset. The contact page additionally loads the Cloudflare Turnstile script as described above. We do not place any other third-party scripts.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction or deletion of that data;
• object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interests;
• request a copy of your data in a portable format;
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
